One of the most surprising Samsung products we spotted at MWC 2026 earlier this month was the brand-new Pro Keyboard attachment for the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra.
Samsung quietly showcased it without making a big deal, but we were among the first to check it out and capture it on camera. Now, with just as little fanfare, the Pro Keyboard has gone on sale. Surprise!
For now, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Pro Keyboard appears to be available in Canada. Availability could expand to more markets at any moment, so if you're in a different region and want the Pro Keyboard, keep an eye on your local Samsung online store.

How much does the Pro Keyboard cost?
You can buy the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Pro Keyboard from Samsung Canada for CAD$499. For reference, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Book Cover Keyboard Slim costs CAD$299.
The Pro Keyboard is also available through a two-year Samsung Financing plan that costs CAD$20.83 per month.
Unlike the plastic Slim model, the Tab S11 Ultra Pro Keyboard has an aluminum body. It also includes a trackpad, which the Slim lacks. The new accessory weighs 636 grams.
For these reasons, the Pro Keyboard is the better choice for anyone planning to use the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra as a laptop replacement. It’s the superior accessory if you want to get the most out of Samsung DeX.
From a design perspective, one of the most interesting aspects of the Pro Keyboard is that it doesn't use a flap covering the tablet’s entire back panel. Instead, it relies on a narrower backrest made of aluminum.
The trade-off is that, despite the modern design, it may not protect the tablet’s back as well as the Slim model. Whenever you use the Pro Keyboard, you leave most of the tablet's back panel exposed.
Availability details for other markets remain unknown. But at least we now have a clearer idea of the price, and the Pro Keyboard should soon reach more regions.
But if you are wondering whether the base Galaxy Tab S11 model will get its own Pro Keyboard, don't. We asked Samsung about it at MWC in Barcelona, and the company told us it has no plans for a Pro Keyboard for the base Tab S11.
